I was tired and irritable many days last week. I made slow progress on my projects.
I went to the gym 4X though. My approach to lifting has been to maintain consistency even if I'm making slow progress. I don't push myself to lift heavier or more reps. In spite of this, I had some heavy lifts. In the evening, I did home pilates or yoga workouts 2X last week. On Saturday, I played 11:02pickleball with a local group. I don't understand pickleball at all but hopefully can learn when my sister comes home. I'm in desperate need for a YouTube explanation video.
I started reading "A philosophy of Software Design". I'm still on Chapter 3 so don't have many opinions on it.
On Sunday, I cleaned the house and meal prepped lunches.
